FreeCFL.org is a project of Circle Venture, a non-profit 501C3. Free CFL’s main goal is to raise awareness of the benefits of compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL). We believe that once you try a CFL that you will fall in love with them and change all your light bulbs from old incandescent light bulbs to new CFLs. With that goal in mind FreeCFL.org will be giving out CFLs in the Philadelphia area so people can see for themselves how great CFLs are.
